Commonly referred to as Day of Coordination, this package is ideal for couples who have handled most of the planning but need expert assistance with final details, timeline creation, and on-site coordination to ensure a seamless, stress-free wedding day.

  • Up to 3 consultations of your choice
  • Final venue walk-through
  • Unlimited email communication throughout the planning process
  • Review all venue and vendor contracts
  • Coordinate arrival and departure times with all vendors, as well as quantities on rental items
  • Lead or assistant coordinator will attend and coordinate rehearsal, if requested
  • Two coordinators on-site for up to 12 hours of wedding day management
  • Detailed wedding day timeline creation and distribution to vendors, venue, and couple
  • Coordination of ceremony and reception set-up and tear-down
  • Placement of personal items not handled by other vendors (programs, menus, place cards, guest book, favors, etc.)
  • Access to our wedding day emergency kit
  • Greet and direct vendors, wedding party, and guests
  • Direct collaboration with all vendors throughout the entire event
  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors as needed
  • Ensure end-of-event arrangements are made for items such as gifts, guest book, toasting flutes, etc.
